• Find and screen all tenants.

• Clean pre and post each rental.

• Thorough inspection of the property before and after each tenant.

• A City of Gold representative greets each tenant at the door to familiarize the tenant with the uniqueness of your apartment and sign a contract stating that the apartment was received in good condition. A $500 security deposit is taken and returned after the apartment passes a post rental inspection.

• Sign lease agreement and collect all monies. 

• Provide 24 hour maintenance support to renters to ensure the integrity of your property.
